Kara and I have called Northwest Arkansas “home” for almost 10 years now, and we have never seen ice like we have over the past 3 days. In a matter of hours, everything in the region was covered with an inch of ice. I took some photos as I drove to work this morning, but these pics don’t really capture the severity of the situation.

Thankfully, we have not list power, but some of our family and friends have been in the dark and cold all night.
